Hi, I'm looking to visit with my two year old and my mum to celebrate her 70th next year. Any recommendations for kid friendly hotels / rentals and stuff to do? We are open to any time of year ATM. Thank you Melissa

Good morning, Melissa, and thank you for your question. We look forward to hosting you in 2018.

We have a wonderful online service on Prince Edward Island allowing people to plan their vacations by selecting accommodations by region, type, price and amenities. In the following paragraph is the link but I must point out that most accommodation providers do not list their inventory for 2018 until mid December to early January. But I would suggest 'playing around' with the program to determine what place meets your search criteria. You can then link to their individual websites and phone or email them.
This is the link: "Where to Stay' - here you can key in your search criteria. I would suggest using today's dates to ensure you get a full list of places to review. During mid June to Labour Day weekend the destination would host 75% families so all of the accommodations will be 100% children-friendly. The region that has the most children activities is Green Gables Shores and then you may even enter the community of Cavendish. This community boasts many attractions such as water park, amusement parks, museums, haunted hotels, mini-golf, Indoor laser tag, so many children friendly restaurants, bike rentals, sea-doo rentals, kayak rentals, world famous beaches and of course, Green Gables National Historic Site - home to "Anne of Green Gables" house.
Once again, thank you for your question. Have fun using the accommodation system to explore the many accommodation offerings in the area. I would also suggest exploring the following website to give you greater insights into the region I am recommending.
Kind regards,
Sandi Lowther
