Looking for music festivals and concerts in PEI in July 2025.

Hi Doug!
Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander about festivals and concerts on PEI in July. We have you covered and can keep you entertained every night of the month with country, bluegrass and local music!
July kicks off with Canada Day celebrations! Look for family-oriented events in our small towns and big acts in Charlottetown and Summerside. On the main stage is Blue Rodeo (Ontario band) in Summerside and Joel Plaskett (Nova Scotia) in Charlottetown.
If you are looking for bluegrass & western music, check out The Bluegrass Festival in Dundas on July 4th.
Our biggest festival of the summer is the Cavendish Beach Music Festival (July 10-12), which features country music with Shania Twain headlining this year.
For classical music as well as a few Maritime folk acts, check out the Under the Spire festival.
Our other festivals in July are local events that will have a music component, for example, the Summerside Lobster Carnival from July 10 to 12th.
Many venues regularly have music. Check out our Live Music and Ceilidhs & Kitchen Parties pages to find out what's happening. In Stanley Bridge, local performers rent the hall to perform six nights a week with different artists each night!
In the southeast corner of PEI, a new venue, Nellie's Landing, has music on weekends. This is a lovely, casual outdoor venue alongside a beautiful harbour.
That is the basic rundown for music on PEI in July. Be sure to check out our festivals & events calendar and pick up a copy of our local arts and entertainment magazine called 'The Buzz' for more happenings.
Enjoy your visit and our music!
