From Australia and want to travel Prince Edward Island this time next year. We would like to visit Anne of Green Gables house, Avonlea Village etc. What's the best tour for 4 people?

Good afternoon;
Thank you for reaching out to Ask an Islander about Anne of Green Gables experiences next July.
In 2026, Anne of Green Gables-the Musical will return to the Charlottetown Festival. It is performed every second year on the main stage at the Confederation Centre of the Arts.

You will also want to get tickets to Anne & Gilbert, The Musical, which is performed each summer. This story follows Anne as an independent-minded young woman about to begin her first job teaching at a one-room schoolhouse. Anne discovers the truth about her parents; romantic complications unfold and a path to future happiness is revealed.

You may wish to book the Anne of Green Gables Package that includes tickets to the show plus tickets for four Anne attractions.
There are several tour operators who can provide your group of four will a guided experience focused on all or some of the Anne of Green Gables and L.M. Montgomery locations in the province. Here are some options:
- PEI Unique Custom Tours offer three itineraries that include Anne of Green Gables locations.
- Pauley Charter and Adventure Tours provide Green Gables and the North Shore tour.
- Tours R US offer custom, island-wide tours in a luxury van.
Our Anne of Green Gables itinerary will provide you will an introduction to all of the attractions and experiences.
I invite you to download or order our 2025 visitor’s guide until next year's guide is available in April 2026. You can always stay in touch by signing up for the Tourism PEI newsletter which includes details on upcoming festivals and events and recipes too!
Have a wonderful summer vacation!
