New Glasgow

Nestled picturesquely into the hills surrounding the River Clyde, New Glasgow`s Scottish settlers and current residents and visitors display an affinity for the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The home of P.E.I`s first church-style lobster supper, New Glasgow has been a favorite destination for Islanders and folks from "away" for years. The P.E.I. Preserve Company, housed in the former New Glasgow Dairy building, offers the finest in up-scale preserves and also boasts a tea room and gift shop. Located in Central Queens County, New Glasgow is ideally situated as Cavendish and North Rustico are only short drives away.

New Glasgow is part of the Green Gables Shore Touring Region.
